What to expect and how to prepare
Each body is different: In this class we'll slow down and explore how to feel grounded, aligned and find ease and strength in your sun salutations. Sometimes a subtle shift can make a big difference in how a pose or movement is experienced. Includes tips on how to use props to support your practice. Good to have on hand for this class: blocks, blankets, cushions. Please make sure to have a yoga mat with a non-slippery surface as this is important for comfort and safety in many poses. All levels of experience are welcome.
