What to expect and how to prepare

A class to slow down mind & body while nourishing your inner glow. This meditative practice begins with natural somatic movement sequences on the mat that invite whole body awareness and melt accumulated tensions from the day.'s activities. We continue with grounding yoga stretches that usually stay close to the mat. In the final part of the practice we rest in supported restorative poses — inviting the nervous system to unwind at the end of the day. Light a candle, roll out your mat, and give yourself the gift of an hour to simply be. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, and softly energized from the inside out. This class is suitable for most levels of experience. Blankets, cushions and blocks are helpful for the restorative poses in this class..
